IBT Services were approached by Totally UK who had previously worked with IBT Services to produce PetClub UK. germaine-de-capuccini.co.uk was an already established site, but Totally UK lacked a lot of back end functionality such as advanced shipping and mailing lists.
It was very easy for IBT Services to transform their existing site and database. Using Unity and the additional content management, e-commerce and newsletter modules the site was quickly up and running.
Totally UK also wanted stability for their web site which thay had not previously recieved from hosting companies. IBT Services helped to install and integrate their web site alongside several other web sites the company owns hosted with Rackspace.
