When we were first introduced to IBT Services, Greensteps was still very much in its conceptual phase. There were a number of very particular requirements for the website's functionality. Mark Benussi from IBT Services was able to understand these requirements quickly and thoroughly and incorporated the technical enhancements necessary to transform the concepts into reality. Where external help was required with sophisticated graphic design, IBT was able to recommend a number of suppliers and co-ordinated a competitive tender to ensure economic pricing.

Throughout the development process, IBT was constantly on hand to discuss ideas and give comprehensive professional guidance on website functionality. It soon transpired that there was very little which could not be done and Mark was happy to flex the project requirements as we refined our ideas, without additional cost.

The result is a world class website which represents Greensteps in a clear and professional manner. IBT's Unity software also provides a straightforward, efficient and effective platform through which Greensteps operates its online business.

I would have no hesitation in recommending IBT Services to anyone considering venturing into the world of internet trading. With IBT's guidance, it's not as daunting as you might think!
