We decided that as a website based company we had reached the time of overhauling the website.  We wanted a more professional look.  The first person we contacted was a disaster and then we were recommended to Mark Benussi at I.B.T Services.  After our initial experience we were very wary but we need’nt have worried.

Straight away Markspoke to us in plain English instead of techno jargon and understood exactly what we were after.  He split up the amount of work into 3 manageable phases so we did not have too much disruption to the everyday running of the business.  The new database is amazing and everything happens within a couple of clicks.  Before it used to take us ages to complete one, now easy task.

Throughout, even when asked daft questions or when we have been slightly stressed, Mark has remained calm and courteous and explained all sensisbly and efficiently.  We now hope he can be considered a friend.  We would recommend Mark very highly to everyone.
