In addition to this we also provide in-house and telephone support for problems not related to your site. From e-mail to network problems, we are available to help. You can also be reassured that in the event that we fail to solve the problem, there is no charge.
For small problems please feel free to contact us by telephone, but for larger problems including software and hardware installations you can arrange an in house visit at no extra charge.
