Products are the main feature provided with the e-Commerce module. They represent any item that can be sold through the web site, whether you sell books or white goods. Through a simple wizard products can be added to Unity in minutes.
Using images and rich formatted text is simple to achieve when describing a product. As well as a preview and main image a gallery of photos can be uploaded to give potential customers the best opportunity to view a product.
When adding a range of products that are similar and differ in only one or two ways, such as colour, variants allow an even quicker way of adding a product to a range.
Products can be related, allowing out customers to offer purchases that they think will be of use when buying their products.
Discounts can be applied to the product to allow special offers over a specific or indefinite period.
