Whilst using Google Analytics to get information on general trends of a web sites visitors a more detailed view is generally required by our customers to inspect exactly what steps each user takes through a site.
Observations has been developed to store the exact steps taken and this information can be viewed to display the route, as well as how long visitors took between steps. This information can be linked to Unity's modules such as orders to see where a visitor came from to the web site.
