Using Open Source (Free) commercially used software Unity can generate reports for its customers. These can run on a monthly, weekly or daily basis or on demand. Each report is a generated PDF attached to an email that can be issued to an individual user or a user group.
The reports can be customised to each customer to contain a wide range of information, from how many sales have occurred on a day to how many messages have been posted on a Forum over a monthly period. The results can be displayed as tables or in a visual way using graphs and pie charts.
Reporting is based on the BIRT [Business Intelligence Reporting Tool] technology and benefits from new features and benefits that are regularly released.
